velvet mutineer packages every item securely to ensure it isn’t damaged whilst in transit.While we take all necessary steps to make sure your product arrives safely to you, on occasions it may be possible that goods become damaged in transit. In the event of receiving a damaged item, please notify us immediately and, subject to the availability of new materials to make your chosen item, we will post a new item out to you as soon as possible. Because of the nature of our products we may not be able to make a new product from the same materials. In this case, we will offer you the same design in a similar, alternative fabric. If this isn't suitable, then of course we will offer a full refund. We will require the return of the damaged item, in which case we will refund the postage to the customer.
If you receive an item which you decide do not want but which is not damaged, please post it back to us within 14 days of receipt, and tell us why you'd like to return the product. Please provide us with a telephone number so we can contact you with any questions and so we can resolve the matter quickly. Providing the item is in resellable condition, we will give you a full refund for your purchase. We regret we are not be able to refund postage costs for items that are returned to us which were not faulty on arrival.
